What are the Imprint Colours?
The imprint color is the color that will be used to print your artwork/design. Full-color production is available.
What if I don't have my own artwork?
If you do not have your own graphic you wish to upload, we can offer design services. Our art dept. can work with you on perfecting your logo or design. Our team of expert graphic designers works closely with customers to ensure that they get exactly what they want to be printed on your masks. We can also alter your own logos to simplify the number of colors in a print or print into one color.
Can I see a sample of what my artwork will look like on an item before placing my order?
Once your order has been submitted and paid for, the art department will take your submitted design and prepare a proof, which will be submitted for your approval via email within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Do I have to have my artwork ready when I order?
It is preferred that your artwork is ready at the time that you order. However, you may upload your artwork after you have ordered as well. If you upload your artwork after you order, your order will be delayed until your artwork has been received. You can submit your artwork to email@example.com
Can you print my multi-color logo in one color?
If you would like to print a multi-logo color logo in just one color, we can alter your design to the color of your choice.
Can you alter my logo for me?
Yes, if you tell us how you would like your artwork changed, our art dept. can work with you on perfecting your logo or design. Our team of expert graphic designers works closely with customers to ensure that they get exactly what they want to be printed on their masks.
What artwork formats do you accept?
We accept illustrator .eps, ai, pdf, 300 resolution, high-quality jpeg 300. If you have a different format, please contact our art department at firstname.lastname@example.org We ask that you have your art already vectorized and your fonts flattened if possible.
Can you match the colors of my logo or artwork?
Our art dept and production team work closely with our customers to achieve the best quality color matching possible. Please be aware the color of the item can cause the color of the print to vary, and we cannot guarantee a 100% match in color.
What if I need to make changes after I order?
If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service or art dept. as soon as possible at email@example.com or (1-705-434-7039) No changes can be made to an order once the proof has been approved and the production process has begun.
When will I receive my order?
If there are no artwork delays on your order, it takes roughly 7-10 business days to have your products perfected and printed, then shipped.
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, on most items we provide tracking numbers – it will be noted in the description.
But we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order. (does not apply for custom orders)
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
